Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 2026
Welcome to MGScoder. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, documentation, and the purchase or licensing of our digital items—including WordPress plugins, PHP scripts, and HTML templates. By purchasing our products directly from this site (via Lemon Squeezy) or through our author profiles on Envato Market, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal terms.
1. Scope of the Agreements & Licensing Models
Our developer assets are distributed across two independent channels, each bound by distinct contract frameworks:
- Independent Store (Lemon Squeezy Checkouts): Purchases processed directly on our site are governed by our standard single-site or developer product licenses. When you complete a transaction, Lemon Squeezy acts as our Merchant of Record and the legal distributor of the asset file fragments.
- Envato Market / Elements Portfolio: Purchases made via CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, or accessed through Envato Elements are legally governed by the official Envato User Terms. Your usage rights, download tokens, and seat restrictions for those specific downloads are managed directly through Envato’s account ecosystem.
2. Software License Grant & Restrictions
All software, code files, layouts, and scripts provided by MGScoder are licensed, not sold. Subject to your valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the source code under these conditions:
- Usage Limits: A single-site license permits deployment on exactly one production domain. Multi-site or extended developer tiers permit deployment up to the clear limit outlined at the checkout panel.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not bundle, sub-license, rent, re-distribute, or resell our raw source code, PHP functions, or HTML design assets on any other marketplace, forum, or public repository.
- Code Alteration: You are free to edit, customize, and refactor our scripts or form code to fit your personal or client environment. However, modified code bases completely void technical support warranties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
MGScoder retains complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all source code structures, brand symbols, mockups, and layout structures included within our items. Your purchase gives you a usage license token, but does not transfer any structural or architectural patent ownership to you or your clients.
4. Payments, Global VAT, and Pricing Tiers
Financial parameters are securely calculated and managed through our compliance partners:
- Tax & Remittance: For direct site sales, Lemon Squeezy automatically calculates, collects, and remits global taxes, consumption taxes, and local VAT based on your billing address parameters.
- Corporate B2B Exemptions: Agency accounts with valid regional tax identities must input their verified corporate VAT registrations at the checkout modal to invoke reverse-charge tax exemptions.
- Subscription Renewals: Recurring pricing options for update access or support extensions will automatically bill your stored payment credentials at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled via your dashboard.
5. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our code structures are thoroughly optimized for standard deployment environments:
- As-Is Basis: All scripts and plugins are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any express or implied warranties regarding seamless server cross-compatibility or structural runtime protection.
- Environment Variance: We cannot guarantee our WordPress plugins will operate flawlessly alongside unverified third-party modules, customized themes, or legacy PHP configurations.
- Damages Boundary: In no event shall MGScoder be held legally liable for any database crashes, server down-time, security exploits, or direct financial revenue loss resulting from the deployment or misuse of our components.
6. Operational Account Termination
We reserve the right to instantly deactivate your product license keys, block code access fragments, and terminate software update access logs without prior notification if we identify ongoing structural license abuse, systematic source piracy, or unauthorized distribution of our raw code files.
